Silvin Francisco claims LeBron James's decision delayed his NBA move

Basketball player Silvin Francisco has claimed that his opportunity to join the NBA was missed due to timing issues related to LeBron James's contract decisions.

In an exclusive interview, Francisco stated that he had interest from five to six NBA teams, including the Chicago Bulls, some of which offered guaranteed two-year contracts. His contract included an NBA out-clause that expired on July 20. However, he alleges that several teams were waiting for LeBron James to finalize his own future following his departure from the Lakers.

James ultimately signed with the Philadelphia 76ers on July 24, four days after Francisco's deadline had passed. Consequently, Francisco was unable to pursue the trans-Atlantic move and instead decided to join Panathinaikos.
