Simaria announces return to stage and first solo DVD

Brazilian singer Simaria has announced her return to the stage after a four-year hiatus. The announcement, made via social media, marks the beginning of her solo career following the end of her musical partnership with her sister, Simone Mendes, in 2022.

Simaria is scheduled to record her first solo DVD on September 12 at the Vibra venue in São Paulo. The project is expected to feature a musical blend of sertanejo, pop, and Latin music, including both new songs and hits from her previous career. Tickets for the event are set to go on sale on Friday, August 14.

Reflecting on her time away, Simaria stated, “The pause was never the end of my story. It was just the time I needed to come back well!” She noted that the hiatus allowed her to focus on her mental health, her family, and her children. Her new career phase will be managed by Live Talentos.
