SIMECS announces 32nd Gigia Bandera Metallurgical Merit awardees

The Union of Metallurgical, Mechanical and Electrical Material Industries of Caxias do Sul and Region (SIMECS) has announced the recipients of the 32nd Gigia Bandera Metallurgical Merit award. The honors recognize significant contributions to the regional metal-mechanical sector and industrial management.

The Metallurgical Merit awardees include Clóvis Serafim of CardanCorp, Ricardo De David of Metaldavid Metalúrgica, and Ubiratã Rezler of RZB Moldes e Usinagem and Rezler Chavetas e Usinados. Additionally, the Innovative Project award was granted to Rogênio Copat, Aldemir José Melara, and Renata Copat of Copat CNC Machines for their development of the L-GM CNC command system for glass grinding. Gabriel Toresan Mariani of MCM Engrenagens received the Young Industrial Entrepreneur award.

The award ceremony is scheduled for November 26.
