Simon Property Group stake cuts by Hamlin Capital and Pacer Advisors

Hamlin Capital Management LLC reduced its holding in Simon Property Group, Inc. (NYSE:SPG) by 3.5% in the second quarter, selling 31,406 shares and ending the period with 866,580 shares, representing about 0.27% of the REIT's market value.

Pacer Advisors Inc. trimmed its position in the same REIT during the first quarter, cutting its stake by 36.7% after selling 9,413 shares. The firm now holds 16,265 shares, valued at roughly $3.0 million. Both filings were disclosed in recent Form 13F reports to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
