Simona Ventura recalls childhood in Riccione

Italian personality Simona Ventura has shared reflections on her childhood spent in Riccione, Romagna. She recalled spending every summer there from the age of three until twelve.

Ventura noted that her mother rented a residence that was formerly occupied by Claretta Petacci, located near the Carlton Hotel. She described significant childhood milestones occurring in that location, including the birth of her sister when she was ten years old.

She also recounted a traumatic incident from when she was six years old during a trip from Milan to Emilia-Romagna. Following a road accident, she required medical attention at a hospital in Riccione for a head injury.
