Simple Plan announces first Canadian headlining tour in over a decade

Montreal-based pop-punk band Simple Plan has announced the ‘Bigger Than You Think!’ Canada Tour, marking their first headlining trek across the country in over a decade. The tour is scheduled to run from January 26, 2027, in Victoria, British Columbia, through February 16, 2027, in Halifax, Nova Scotia.

The tour will include approximately 14 to 15 dates across major Canadian arenas, including stops in Vancouver, Edmonton, Calgary, Winnipeg, Toronto, Ottawa, Montreal, Moncton, and Sydney. The band will be joined by special guests Yellowcard and Bowling For Soup for most dates, while Canadian group Marianas Trench will appear specifically for shows in Vancouver and Victoria.

The announcement follows a global 25th-anniversary celebration that saw the band perform in the United States, United Kingdom, Europe, Asia, and Australia. Tickets for the Canadian dates are scheduled to go on sale Friday, October 9.
