Simply Shenandoah resort enters new construction phase in Virginia

Construction has entered a new phase at Simply Shenandoah, a luxury wellness resort currently under development in Shenandoah County, Virginia. The project, a rural EB-5 initiative sponsored by EB5AN, has begun vertical construction on the Back of House building, which will serve as the site’s operational and administrative hub.

Following the completion of mass grading across the 548-acre property, crews are currently working on site-wide utilities, including electrical, plumbing, and underground installations. The planned resort is expected to feature 120 guestrooms, a spa, an aquatics facility, a fitness center, and various food and beverage facilities. The project previously received Form I-956F approval from U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services and broke ground in March 2026.
