Actor Simu Liu has used humor to promote the upcoming Marvel Cinematic Universe film ‘Avengers: Doomsday’, jokingly describing the massive blockbuster as a ‘little indie feature’. In a viral social media post, Liu asked fans to help spread the word about the project, noting that it has secured a theatrical release in December.

Liu will reprise his role as Shang-Chi in the film, which is set to release on December 18. The production features a large ensemble cast, including Robert Downey Jr. as Victor von Doom, Pedro Pascal as Reed Richards, and Channing Tatum as Gambit. The film is part of the expanding multiversal storyline within the MCU.
