SIMZY expands travel eSIM offerings with voice, SMS, and Europe data plans

SIMZY, a global eSIM provider serving over 220 destinations, has expanded its travel connectivity offerings with new plans that include voice minutes and SMS alongside data. While many travel eSIM providers focus solely on data, these new options allow travelers to make and receive calls and text messages, which is useful for contacting emergency services, verifying identities with banks via two-factor authentication, or reaching landline numbers.

The new voice and SMS capabilities are currently available in select destinations, including the US, Germany, Spain, the UK, Belgium, Denmark, Italy, Greece, and Hungary. Additionally, the service has launched new Europe-wide eSIM plans designed to provide roaming-free 5G data across the continent. Travelers can choose between fixed-amount plans or unlimited options for durations ranging from 7 to 30 days.
