Sinaia hosts cultural festival and features renovated Radisson Blu hotel

The mountain resort of Sinaia is hosting a festival featuring parades, street artists, concerts, and artisanal food. While the event attracts tourists with various activities including sledding and skiing simulators, visitors should be aware of traffic restrictions and limited transport options. Specifically, the gondola between the 1,000-meter and 1,400-meter elevations is closed due to a landslide, leaving only the cable car operational.

Adding to the local tourism landscape, the Radisson Blu Hotel Sinaia Cota 1400 has undergone extensive renovation. Originally built in 1939 as a sanatorium and later known as Hotel Alpin, the historic building has been modernized by Premier Hospitality. The facility now offers 68 rooms, restaurants, a spa, and pools, blending contemporary interiors with preserved historical architectural elements.
