Sinalunga hosts Residenze Lievito artist residency project
La CAP Re-Hub and Ipercubo have launched the Residenze Lievito project in Sinalunga, Siena. This initiative is designed for artists and curators under the age of 36, focusing on contemporary research and creation.
The current theme of the residency is ‘Bodies, images, narratives in motion’. Five residents will spend six months working on their practices, with a final presentation scheduled for December 12 in Sinalunga.
Project leaders Matteo Graniti of Ipercubo and Silvia Giordano of La CAP Re-Hub emphasized the project's goal of providing a space for critical reflection and community engagement. The program includes public activities such as lessons, talks, and social gatherings involving national and international experts to foster connections between the artists and the local community.
