Sinan Akçıl initiates legal action against Ferhat Göçer

A public dispute has resurfaced between Turkish musicians Ferhat Göçer and Sinan Akçıl. The tension began after Göçer stated during a radio program that Akçıl should focus more on his music career rather than seeking media attention, criticizing his recent public image.

In response, Akçıl announced that he has initiated legal proceedings and sent a formal notary notice to Göçer (referred to in social media posts as ‘F. G.’). Akçıl stated that he no longer consents to the live performance of several of his compositions, including ‘Biri Bana Gelsin’, ‘Vefası Eksik Yarim’, ‘Kalp Kalbe Karşı Derler’, ‘Kızım’, ‘Bunları Boşver’, ‘Dön Gel Yeter’, and ‘Dokunma Bana’. He indicated that further legal action will be taken if these songs are performed live despite the notice.

Singer Demet Akalın has also joined the fray, publicly expressing her support for Akçıl.
