Sinar Mas Land launches West Lakeside commercial cluster in BSD City

Sinar Mas Land has launched West Lakeside, a new lakeside-themed commercial cluster located within the 10.5-hectare West Village Business District in BSD City, Tangerang. The development is the first commercial product in the western part of BSD City to feature a lakeside panorama concept.

According to Anna Budiman, CEO of Commercial BSD Sinar Mas Land, there is a growing positive trend in demand for commercial products in BSD City. This demand is driven by business owners seeking strategic locations with strong connectivity and investment potential. PT Bumi Serpong Damai Tbk (BSDE) reported that more than 500 commercial units were sold in the area over the past year.

West Lakeside features two-story buildings with multi-facade designs to maximize business visibility. Some units include private lakeview balconies. The first phase of sales is scheduled to begin in the fourth week of August 2026, with prices starting from Rp2 billion.
