Sincan Municipality digitizes urban planning and construction processes

Sincan Municipality has successfully transitioned all application and approval processes within its Directorate of Reconstruction and Urbanism to a fully digital system. This move marks a first for Ankara, covering building permits, inspection files, elevator registration, and occupancy permits.

Through the municipality’s Application Management System, stakeholders such as project authors and inspection firms can submit files, perform project controls, and use e-signatures from any location. This digital shift aims to reduce costs by eliminating the need for physical printing and travel, while also lowering the carbon footprint associated with public services. Since the implementation, over 3,000 applications have been processed.
