Sincan urban transformation project reaches 64.74% agreement rate

The urban transformation project in the Ulubatlı Hasan Neighborhood of Sincan has reached a 64.74% agreement rate among rights holders. This milestone pertains to the first stage of the project, which aims to provide safer and more modern living spaces.

Sincan Mayor Murat Ercan stated that the agreement rate reflects the trust residents have in the project. He emphasized that the priority is to ensure residents transition to high-quality living areas without experiencing grievances.

Sincan Municipality's Urban Transformation Office is actively managing field studies and communication to facilitate the process. General Coordinator İsmail Can Ocak noted that the municipality will continue to support coordination and information efforts within the framework of the process managed by the Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change.
