Werner Großhans releases cookbook to preserve Waldhorn legacy

After 34 years as a host, chef, and owner, Werner Großhans has retired from the Waldhorn kitchen in Aidlingen. To preserve the legacy of the restaurant, a cookbook featuring approximately 60 recipes and stories has been released. The book, created in collaboration with Anke Krohmer, aims to document the legendary Waldhorn cuisine, which includes both Swabian classics and international dishes.
