Sindsep-DF seeks Senate support for HFA career plan restructuring

Representatives from Sindsep-DF met with the office of Senator Leila Barros to discuss the restructuring of the career plan for public servants and employees at the Hospital das Forças Armadas (HFA).

During the meeting, union officials presented challenges faced by HFA professionals, specifically highlighting salary deficits and the need for a career plan that reflects the responsibility of their roles. The Senator's advisory team expressed receptivity to the demands and committed to conveying them to the Ministry of Management and Innovation in Public Services to expedite the development of the plan.
