Sines hosts 8th Mostra de Artes de Rua street arts festival

The 8th edition of the Mostra de Artes de Rua (M.A.R.) festival will take place in Sines, Portugal, from September 18 to 20. Organized by Teatro do Mar, the event features nearly 30 free performances across various urban, natural, and historical landscapes of the city, including the castle, gardens, and beaches.

The festival includes 21 companies from four different countries, offering a diverse program of contemporary circus, dance, physical theater, music, and installations. Performances are scheduled to take place in emblematic locations such as the Sines Castle and the Porto de Recreio. The programming aims to encourage the public to rediscover the city's territory through different artistic experiences.
