Singapore Airlines and DHL renew Boeing 777F cargo contract
Singapore Airlines and DHL Express have renewed their crew maintenance agreement for five Boeing 777F freighter aircraft based at Singapore Changi Airport. Under the updated contract, Singapore Airlines will continue to provide pilots for the operation of the five aircraft and will also remain responsible for their maintenance.
These aircraft serve as a vital component of DHL’s intercontinental aviation network, connecting DHL’s South Asia hub in Singapore with major cities in the United States. The Boeing 777F models are high-performance twin-engine freighters capable of carrying a maximum payload of 102 tons, supporting rapid international express and e-commerce cargo shipments.
The partnership, which originally commenced in March 2022, aims to strengthen global supply chains and reinforce Singapore’s role as a leading international aviation logistics hub.
