Singapore Airlines trials personal concierge for Suites and First Class at Changi

Singapore Airlines has begun a trial of a personal concierge service for its Suites and First Class passengers at Singapore's Changi Airport. The service starts when guests arrive at The Private Room lounge, where a dedicated concierge monitors flight status, handles re‑bookings, and fulfills shopping requests. At boarding, the concierge transports passengers to the gate in a buggy, grants them priority access through security lines and lets them choose to board first or last, then escorts them to the jet bridge.

The initiative is part of a broader effort to enhance the ground experience ahead of a new first‑class product slated for launch in 2027. It follows recent upgrades such as a new First Class lounge and a partnership with Accor to manage lounge operations. The airline says the concierge program is currently a trial and will be evaluated for permanent adoption.
