Singapore and Hong Kong launch major Halloween festivities

Major Halloween celebrations are being launched in Singapore and Hong Kong to attract families and tourists.

In Singapore, Downtown East is hosting the ‘Great Pumpkin Trail’ from October 3 to 31, 2026. In partnership with BYKidO, the free weekend program offers children aged 12 and below various themed challenges, arts and crafts, and storytelling at participating outlets. Children who complete specific tasks can earn stamps to redeem a trick-or-treat pumpkin bucket. The festivities will conclude with a Grand Halloween Finale on October 31.

In Hong Kong, the Hong Kong Tourism Board (HKTB) has announced the inaugural ‘Hong Kong Halloween Month.’ This city-wide initiative features a cosplay-themed street party at popular tourist locations. The program includes signature Halloween events at Hong Kong Disneyland Resort and Ocean Park Hong Kong, alongside various limited-time experiences across the city to enhance the local festive atmosphere.
