Singapore National Day Parade 2026 to showcase 36 artists, 2,600 performers

Singapore will hold its 61st National Day Parade on 9 August 2026 at the National Stadium, transforming the venue into a massive stage. The show will feature 36 artists and more than 2,600 performers under the theme “Majulah Singapura, Go Beyond!”.

Hosts Joakim Gomez, Hafidz Rahman, Udaya Soundari, Xixi Lim and Gurmit Singh will lead the evening, with William Xavier returning as the “Voice of NDP” and Joanna François as the first‑time announcer. A new “Go Beyond” album will debut, mixing original songs with re‑imagined classics.

Pre‑parade activities include sing‑alongs, quizzes and a flag‑relay film. The live relay will see athletes and para‑athletes such as Paralympic swimmer Yip Pin Xiu, kite‑foiler Max Maeder and indoor sky‑diver Kai Minejima‑Lee carry the flag around the stage. The parade will also feature the largest civilian participation in over a decade, with a Guard of Honour drawn from the Army, Navy, Air Force, Digital and Intelligence Service and the Singapore Police Force.
