Singapore Police officer under investigation after patrol car crash

A 31-year-old male police officer is assisting with investigations following a patrol car accident in Singapore. The collision occurred at approximately 7:45 am on October 10 along Geylang Bahru Road, with the vehicle traveling toward Bendemeer Road.

Images and videos shared on social media showed the police vehicle mounting a curb and striking a green central road divider and railing near an HDB carpark entrance and the Kolam Ayer Community Club. While the impact caused noticeable damage to the vehicle and the road barrier, the Singapore Police Force confirmed that no injuries were reported during the incident.

The Singapore Police Force issued a statement confirming the accident and noted that investigations are currently ongoing.
