Singapore youths rescued after becoming trapped on residential ledge

Two youths were rescued after becoming trapped on a ledge between the second and third floors of a residential block in Yishun, Singapore. The incident occurred around 1:00 PM yesterday at Block 333A Yishun Street 31.

The two boys, aged 13, reportedly attempted to climb through an external window to enter their home after their electronic door lock ran out of battery. During the attempt, they became stuck on the parapet between floors.

The Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF) responded to the call at approximately 12:50 PM. Rescuers deployed ladders to safely retrieve both individuals from the ledge. No injuries were reported in the incident.
