Singaporean retail and dining brands expand footprints
Singaporean brands are expanding their retail and dining footprints. TWG Tea has opened its largest flagship store worldwide at Changi Airport Terminal 3. Spanning 2,700 square feet in the departure transit area, the TWG Tea Gallery includes the brand’s first museum, featuring over 170 antique tea wares and decorative objects. The company is prioritizing travel retail as a key pillar for international growth, targeting airports, luxury hotels, and cruise lines.
In the dining sector, Suntec City has updated its food and beverage offerings. The mall has introduced several new outlets, including the first Singapore location for Zhejiang specialist LONGJING. Additionally, the basement Food Republic has reopened following a makeover, and new dining options such as an Italian pasta bar and a Korean-style bakery have been added to the development.
