The Stock Exchange of Thailand closed higher for a second consecutive session, adding roughly 30 points (about 2%) to the benchmark. The SET index rose 1.28% to finish at 1,592.41, with a trading volume of 11.055 billion shares worth 67.381 billion baht.

The rally was supported by global optimism about a possible end to the Middle‑East conflict and a U.S.–Iran memorandum on reopening the Strait of Hormuz, which helped push crude oil prices lower. U.S. markets also rose, with the Dow up 0.70% and the Nasdaq gaining 0.31%. Investors watched SpaceX’s debut IPO, which jumped 19.3% on the day.
