Singer D4vd Accused of Murdering Teen and Supplying Fake Age Proof

Singer D4vd, whose legal name is David Anthony Burke, is charged with first‑degree murder, continuous sexual abuse of a child under 14, and unlawful mutilation of human remains following the September 2025 death of 13‑year‑old Celeste Rivas Hernandez, whose body was found in the trunk of his Tesla.

Former friend and influencer Aysia Collins livestreamed a confrontation in which she says D4vd showed her falsified documentation to claim Rivas was a 19‑year‑old adult. Collins described feeling manipulated after the alleged proof was presented. D4vd has pleaded not guilty, and a preliminary hearing is scheduled for July 21, with court dates previously delayed.

The case remains under investigation while legal proceedings continue in the United States.
