Singer Fola gifts mother a new car and church building

Nigerian singer and songwriter Folarin Odunlami, known professionally as Fola, has fulfilled two major wishes for his mother by gifting her a new Lexus SUV and providing a church building.

According to the artist, the requests were made when his career and finances first began to improve. The singer shared the emotional moment on social media, noting that he had previously used his first significant music earnings to purchase land in Ibadan, which his mother used to establish her own church. The recent gift of the vehicle completes the two goals he had set out to achieve for her.

Fola, known for tracks such as ‘Treat U Right’ and ‘Alone’, previously worked as a cashier in Ibadan before finding success in the Afrobeats industry. His mother had been a consistent supporter of his musical ambitions throughout his career.
