Singer Huang Wen-hsing sees career resurgence through dance and acting

Taiwanese singer and actor Huang Wen-hsing is experiencing a career revival following a successful performance of a Taiwanese version of BIGBANG’s “BANG BANG BANG” on the show Super Red List. His viral dance videos and recent acting roles have led to a surge in performance invitations for corporate events, which are reportedly booked through 2027.

In his recent role as the antagonist Huang Chun-chieh in the drama “Needle and Thread,” Huang utilized improvisational dance moves inspired by the Joker from Batman to enhance his character. While he has not released a full album since 2018, he remains focused on singing singles and expressed a desire to collaborate with singer Hsiao Huang-chi.

Additionally, Huang has been participating in the variety show Double Star Family Tour with his son, Xiao-xing, providing opportunities for family bonding amidst his busy filming schedule.
