Singer Kauan denounces stalled R$ 7.6 million construction project

Brazilian sertanejo singer Kauan, of the duo Matheus and Kauan, has publicly denounced a construction company following the halt of his family’s luxury home project in Alphaville, São Paulo. The singer reported that despite paying over R$ 7.6 million toward the construction of the residence in the Tamboré 2 condominium, the work has remained stalled for nearly three years.

Kauan shared financial spreadsheets on social media to document the payments and stated he has commissioned expert assessments to evaluate the progress and value of the work completed.

In addition to the financial dispute, the singer alleged serious privacy violations and harassment. He claimed that individuals linked to the construction company monitored his family and filmed his previous residence, citing security camera footage of vehicles parked outside his home for extended periods as evidence of surveillance.
