Singer Khoai Vu suffers broken ribs during Sao Concert

Singer Khoai Vu, a member of the group AEONUS, suffered a broken rib during a performance at the Sao Concert on October 10 in Ho Chi Minh City. The injury occurred when a stage lift lowered while the artist was still on it, causing him to fall.

Following the incident, Khoai Vu was hospitalized and later confirmed he sustained a closed rib fracture. He has since updated fans, stating he is stable but must follow medical advice to avoid heavy movement for six weeks to allow for recovery.

The Sao Concert organizers issued a formal apology to the artist, his management, and the audience on October 12. They acknowledged shortcomings in stage operation and promised to review their safety and preparation procedures for future events. The incident has also sparked public debate regarding the concert's overall organization, including sound quality and scheduling.
