Singer Liao Wan-jun visits Qishan to enjoy traditional Hakka cuisine

Taiwanese singer Liao Wan-jun visited Qishan, Kaohsiung, to experience local Hakka cuisine at the long-standing Shang You Noodle Shop. She highly recommended the shop’s signature Hakka Ban Tiao, praising its chewy texture and traditional flavor enhanced by homemade fried shallots.

Beyond the culinary visit, the singer discussed her new album, ‘Crossroads of Emotion’. She revealed that the song ‘Stealing Your Tears’ is deeply connected to her personal history, reflecting on past emotional hardships and a period of memory loss following a difficult marriage.
