Singer nao. to make major debut with kemu cover

Singer nao., an artist affiliated with JOYSOUND LIVER PROMOTION, will make her major debut on November 11. Her debut release is a cover of the popular Vocaloid song ‘Haiboku no Shounen’ (The Defeated Boy), originally written, composed, and arranged by kemu.

The release will be handled by Imgramox Music, a joint label established by Teichiku Entertainment and Xing Inc. (XING Music Entertainment). nao. has built a following through the live streaming application Pococha, where she reached the highest rank of S6 in March 2026.

In addition to digital streaming, the song and its original music video will be released sequentially to karaoke establishments across Japan via JOYSOUND’s ‘Artist Video Karaoke’ service. The music video is scheduled for a YouTube premiere at midnight on the release date.
