Vietnamese pop-rock singer Đông Hùng has shared personal details regarding his career transitions and past financial hardships. During recent television appearances, the singer discussed his decision to move from Ho Chi Minh City back to Hanoi, citing a deep connection to the capital and a preference for local lifestyle and cuisine.

Đông Hùng also opened up about a decade-long period where he stepped away from the spotlight to manage significant family debts totaling tens of billions of VND. Despite these challenges, he expressed no regrets, noting that the experience shaped his resilience.
