Italian singer Noemi has shared details regarding a serious accident that occurred during a concert in San Salvo Marina. While the singer initially used irony on social media to downplay the event, she has since revealed the severity of her injuries.

During a performance of the song ‘Briciole’, Noemi fell from the stage while attempting to get closer to the audience. The impact resulted in a fractured pelvis, a broken small bone in her hand, and a chip in her fifth cervical vertebra. The singer expressed that she initially feared she had sustained a spinal cord injury.

Despite medical advice, Noemi has returned to performing, though she noted that the recovery process has required physiotherapy and has caused significant physical discomfort.
