Singer Phan Mạnh Quỳnh moves to new home in Nha Trang

Vietnamese singer Phan Mạnh Quỳnh and his wife, Khánh Vy, have moved from an apartment to a new three-story modern home in Nha Trang. The decision to build a new residence followed the birth of their daughter, Bé Ốc, in January 2023, which necessitated more living space for the growing family and caregivers.

The new villa features luxury interiors, an elevator, and a spacious rooftop. Notably, the house includes a professional-standard recording studio specifically designed for Phan Mạnh Quỳnh, allowing him to compose and record music at home. The couple personally selected the details of the home, with Khánh Vy focusing on creating a cozy and convenient atmosphere.
