Singer Seo In-young expresses regret over past spending during property tour

Singer Seo In-young recently shared an emotional moment on her YouTube channel, ‘Gaegwacheonseon Seo In-young’, while touring a luxury villa in Guri, Gyeonggi Province. The property, located in Achiul Village, is known for housing various celebrities and is valued at approximately 4.65 billion won with monthly maintenance fees of 1.4 million won.

During the tour, Seo broke into tears, expressing deep regret over her past lifestyle. She reflected on years of excessive spending and alcohol consumption, noting that she failed to invest in real estate when she had the opportunity, such as when her previous residence in Yeoksam-dong had a deposit of 900 million won. She lamented her lack of financial discipline, stating, “I lost ten years and I lost money.”

The video also sparked controversy regarding her production staff. In the footage, staff members suggested she purchase an apartment in Guri to shorten her commute from Namyangju, citing the geographical advantages of the area. Some viewers criticized the staff for being overly pushy regarding her personal living situation and finances.
