63‑year‑old Portuguese singer Toy disclosed that he has lost about 15 kilograms. In a video posted to social media, he spoke with his step‑daughter Beatriz Prates and explained that the weight loss results from a combination of factors, including his chronic diabetes, reduced consumption of sugary sodas, a stricter diet and a yearly three‑month period without alcohol.
