Singer Truc Nhan hosts debut album showcase in Ho Chi Minh City

Vietnamese singer Truc Nhan held a showcase for his debut album, Tan Mui, at the Rach Mieu Sports Complex on October 31, 2026. The event marked the singer's first ticketed solo showcase, which reportedly sold out, a fact that surprised the artist.

The album features 15 tracks, including 11 new songs, exploring themes of love through personal perspectives. The musical direction is primarily pop, incorporating contemporary elements to navigate emotions ranging from attraction to heartbreak. Truc Nhan participated in writing nearly the entire project, moving away from his previous focus on individual singles toward a cohesive, long-form concept.

The showcase was attended by numerous prominent figures from the Vietnamese entertainment industry, including Thu Minh, Ngo Thanh Van, Minh Hang, and Phuong My Chi. The performance utilized a clown concept to represent the duality of an artist: the energetic performer on stage versus the introspective individual behind the scenes.
