Sinj to sign housing assistance contracts for 73 users

The City of Sinj has announced that contract signings for the ‘Ostani tu’ (Stay Here) demographic program for 2025 will take place on Monday, October 5, 2026. The event is scheduled for 11:00 AM at the IEC hall at the Sinj Hippodrome.

Mayor Miro Bulj selected 73 beneficiaries to receive non-refundable grants totaling 287,947.64 euros. The program aims to assist young families and individuals with housing issues to encourage settlement in the city. The allocated funds cover four specific measures: financing construction permit costs (18 users), land purchase (13 users), purchase or construction of a first property (29 users), and connection to communal infrastructure (13 users).

Since its launch in 2022, the program has provided 370 total supports through the end of 2025.
