Sinop appoints Michel Garcia as new Procon director

The Sinop City Hall has announced Michel Garcia as the new director of the municipal Consumer Protection and Defense Program (Procon). Garcia, a 35-year-old accountant with postgraduate studies in human resources, auditing, and financial management, will oversee the agency's activities, including consumer service, conciliation, inspection, and guidance.

Mayor Roberto Dorner expressed confidence that Garcia will strengthen consumer defense actions in the city. Garcia stated his intention to work with the existing team to understand current demands and maintain the agency's reputation for excellence in processes and conciliation within northern Mato Grosso.
