Sinop City Hall allocates R$ 28 million in land for housing
The Sinop City Hall, through the Secretariat of Urban Planning and Housing, has allocated more than R$ 28 million in public land to facilitate housing developments. This investment covers over 83,000 square meters of land intended to expand the local housing supply.
The initiative is part of the ‘Nossa Casa’ Housing Program, established in 2022, which aims to construct 992 apartments across eight different developments. By providing public land, the municipality reduces overall project costs, which in turn lowers the final price for families seeking homeownership.
One of the most advanced projects under this program is the Jardim Califórnia residential complex. It consists of 256 apartments distributed across eight towers and is currently in the final stages of execution.
