Sinop Councilman Marcos Vinícius accused of harassment and threats
A former employee of the Sinop Municipal Chamber has filed a formal complaint against Councilman Marcos Vinícius Borges (PSDB), alleging sexual harassment, threats, and non-consensual recordings.
The complainant stated that the councilman's behavior included inappropriate comments regarding sexual fetishes and insistence on practices she did not consent to. She further alleged that an associate of the councilman, acting on his orders, entered her office and made unwanted sexual advances.
The investigation by the Sinop Civil Police is also addressing allegations that intimate images, captured by security cameras, were used as part of a threat against the former staff member.
