Sinop housing: Mayor inspects Residencial Pienza construction

Mayor Roberto Dorner has inspected the construction of Residencial Pienza in Sinop, a project featuring 96 apartments that are already fully sold. This development is part of the Nossa Casa program, an initiative designed to reduce the housing deficit by providing subsidies to families with monthly incomes up to R$ 8.6 thousand.

The program operates through a partnership between the municipal, state, and federal governments, incorporating resources from the Minha Casa, Minha Vida scheme and the Ser Família Habitação program.

Other housing projects under the Nossa Casa umbrella include Residencial Jardim Califórnia (256 units), Residenciais Parque Amazonas 1 and 2 (128 units each), and Residenciais Gente Feliz 1 and 2 (96 and 64 units, respectively). While the Pienza and Amazonas projects are in various stages of construction or nearing completion, the Gente Feliz developments still have available units.
