Sinpaş Reserve introduces new holiday home model in Marmaris
The Sinpaş Reserve project in Marmaris is introducing a new ‘holiday home’ model designed to address changing consumer preferences in the tourism sector. According to Mahmut Sefa Çelik, General Manager of Kızılbük GYO, travelers are moving away from spontaneous trips toward more planned, sustainable, and predictable models to avoid fluctuating hotel prices and organizational stress.
The project aims to eliminate the high fixed costs associated with traditional summer house ownership, such as property taxes, maintenance, and insurance. By offering flexible calendar rights, five-star hotel comfort, and amenities available 365 days a year, the model seeks to transform vacationing from a temporary expense into a predictable investment and a holistic lifestyle.
