Sinsay recalls giraffe toy for children, offers full refunds

The retailer Sinsay issued an urgent safety notice on 5 August to withdraw a children’s giraffe‑shaped toy (index 9291P‑22X‑ONE) that had been sold in physical stores and online. The recall follows a decision by the President of the Board for Competition and Consumer Protection dated 17 July 2026. Consumers are instructed to stop using the product immediately and return it for a full refund, regardless of purchase method. Returns can be made at any Sinsay outlet or, for online purchases, by sending the toy after prior registration on the Sinsay website. Refunds are processed at no cost to the customer. The company apologized for the inconvenience caused by the recall, which applies to sales in Poland.
