Sint Joris Weert proposes 15 new social housing apartments

In Sint Joris Weert, Belgium, new plans have been proposed to develop 15 social housing apartments on a 25-are plot of land located between the local church and the railway.

The updated design increases the density from a previous plan of seven homes to 15 apartments. The project consists of two two-story blocks. The larger block is intended to house 10 small apartments, ranging from 67 to 70 square meters, featuring one bedroom and an open kitchen. A second, smaller block will include one one-bedroom apartment, three two-bedroom apartments, and a single house with a garden.
