Sinterklaas celebrations planned in Westerhaar and Waalwijk

Various Dutch communities are preparing for upcoming Sinterklaas celebrations. In Westerhaar, the Sinterklaas arrival committee is organizing a fundraising bingo night at Kulturhus De Klaampe on November 6, 2026. The event aims to fund the annual arrival of Sinterklaas and his helpers, scheduled for November 21, 2026.

In Waalwijk, festivities are set for Sunday, November 15. The celebration will begin in the harbor with the arrival of the Pakjesboot, followed by a parade toward Raadhuisplein. The program includes a formal welcome by the mayor and a live concert featuring Muziek Piet.
