Sintra homicide and suicide involving young couple

In Sintra, Portugal, a young man named André reportedly killed his girlfriend, Elisabete, before committing suicide. The bodies were discovered by the man's grandmother in their bathroom.

According to the man's grandmother, André was under medication for psychotic episodes but was experiencing a significant crisis at the time. The Judicial Police (Polícia Judiciária) have taken charge of the investigation into the incident.
