SIOS Technology named a Best Place to Work in South Carolina

SIOS Technology Corp. has been named to the 2026 Best Places to Work in South Carolina list for the seventh consecutive year. The company was recognized in the small employer category during a celebration held at the Columbia Metropolitan Convention Center on August 24.

The annual program, a partnership between SC Biz News, BridgeTower Media, and Best Companies Group, evaluates employers through questionnaires and confidential employee engagement surveys focusing on leadership, benefits, and workplace culture.

SIOS Technology, a provider of high availability and disaster recovery solutions, maintains its research, development, and professional services operations at the University of South Carolina’s M. Bert Storey Engineering and Innovation Center in Columbia. CEO Nobuo Kita stated that the recognition reflects a team culture centered on collaboration and innovation.
